ANTRIM, NH:  Martha Shea, 71, died peacefully on Saturday, December 19, 2020, at her Antrim, NH home. She was the beloved wife of Joseph G. Shea.

Martha was born in Nashua, NH on July 22, 1949 and was the daughter of the late Jack R. Major and Marion Major.

Shea was a graduate of Mount Saint Mary Seminary and Nashua Business College.

For many years, she was employed as a Licensed Nurses Assistant at many area long term nursing facilities and as Activities Coordinator at Monadnock Adult Daycare until her retirement.

In her free time, Martha enjoyed many crafts. She also enjoyed kayaking with her husband on peaceful Willard Pond. Above all, her most cherished time was spent with her family, especially her children and grandchildren, who she loved deeply.

Martha is survived by her husband of 51 years, her daughter, Jennifer, son, Jeffrey and his wife Tracy, her three grandchildren, Maegan, McKenna and Dexter, as well as her brother, Jonathan and sister, Monica.

At the request of the family, services will be held at a later date in the spring.
