DEERING, NH:  The Rt. Rev. Arthur E. Walmsley, 89, died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on October 5, 2017. 

He was born May 4, 1928 in New Bedford, MA, to the late Harry B. and Elizabeth D. (Clegg) Walmsley. 

He was a long time resident of New Hampshire. 

A requiem eucharist will be held at St. Paul's Church, 21 Centre St, Concord, New Hampshire, on Saturday, October 14, 2017 beginning at 10:00 am. 

He is survived by his wife Roberta B. (Chapin) Walmsley of Deering, NH. 

A memorial service will be held at Christ Church Cathedral, 45 Church Street, Hartford, Connecticut, on Friday, October 27, 2017, beginning at 10:30 am.
