CONTOOCOOK, NH:  Josephine L. French passed away on Monday, August 7, 2017. 

Jo was born September 28, 1939, in Concord, NH to Idell and Dominick Sansone. She graduated from St. John's High School in 1957.

She leaves her husband of 48 years, Roger W. French, of Contoocook, her children, Laurie Savage and Steve, Nicky Graham and Ken, Robin Calley and John all of Concord.  She also leaves Joyce Thomas and Ben of Hillsboro and Matthew French and Carrie of Contoocook, six grandchildren, Melissa Savage, Brandon Calley, Tommy Bailey, Derek Graham and Jaclyn and Brett French, three great-grandchildren, Bentley, Weston and Dominick and a new baby due in January. Jo also leaves four sisters, Rose Cross and Skip of Bow, Genevieve Price and Doug of Nashua, Idell Donovan and John of Freedom and Maryann Sansone and James Weigle of Concord, and many nieces, nephews and cousins that she loved very much and countless friends. 

At Jo’s request, there will be no services. 

She would love a celebration of her life at her and Roger's home in Contoocook on Saturday, August 12, 2017 from 12 noon until 3 pm.

No flowers please.  Instead, Jo would love a donation to a NH children's charity.
